Definition: (usually - pass the buck) (informal) Used in some expressions to shift blame or responsibility onto someone else.

3. An excuse, explanation, rationalization, etc. accompanies act.

5. Regret(s) will be had later, even if 'liar' doesn't apologise.

6. Who gets blamed or held liable cannot 'pass' it on.

7. Act or action done to deny or avoid will be legal.

8. The innocent will suffer some loss as a result.
