Thought purposeful and necessary by user of foul language. 2. Usage is never preceded by courtesy or an excuse or introduction. 3. Believed that the victim is deserving of abusive language. 4. Direct and straight to the 'enemy'. Also very clear & plain to boot. 5. Utterance is without platitudes; cannot be misinterpreted. 6. Words must, as a matter of course, be responded to in same light. 7. Onlookers and passers-by not finding any pleasure therein. 8. Serves purpose(s); achieves objective(s), with no unplanned loss. 9.
