Not expected at the the time that death or departure occurred, therefore, its coming was not braced for. 2. You invested what you consider to be very valuable time and much resources in the life of who died or left. 3. There is a certainty that none can take the place of, or fill the vacuum created by, who caused sadness. 5. You made concerted efforts, which were unsuccessful, to prevent the death or to stop the separation. 6. Real losses, of various sorts, will arise from the aftermath of the person's passing or his/her leaving. 7. Loss won't be 'mourned' only by you. That is, others that are close or related will feel the pain as well. 8.
