| BEACHCOMBING Definitions: i. An activity that consists of an individual "combing" (or searching) the beach and the intertidal zone, looking for things of value, interest or utility. ii. Taking relaxing walks on the beach, collecting sea glass, stones, shells, and much more. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for a beachcomber. 2. Personal safety ensured by suitable dressing. 3. Value of items on a beach are known, if seen. 4. Location is not one where activity is banned. 5. Period that is spent here will be reasonable. 6. Whatever will be found will serve purpose(s). 7. Unplanned loss is not suffered doing activity. 8.
