Transmitted completely; in full, without a break in transmission or permanent stoppage before it is due to end, even if it is merely an announcement. (See perfect RUNNING TIME.) 7. Not illegal or unapproved/unauthorized. That is, what is heard or seen will not ordinarily bring an unplanned loss to broadcasting station(s). (See perfect BLACKOUT (2).) 8. Exciting and interesting to listen to or to watch, whether this is on a first occasion or for an umpteenth time. That is, would usually be listened to or watched completely.
