| AUTEURISM Definitions: i. The belief that a movie should primarily reveal the director's feelings and beliefs as if he has written it himself. ii. The theory that the director's vision should be clearly seen in a movie. iii. A critical film theory according to which the primary creator of a film is the director, all of whose works are said to reflect to a certain degree the characteristics of a personal style. iv. (film) A theory that considers a work of cinema or television as the work of a director, rather than of the actors or producers. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight or nine elements, as applicable, should be in. 1.
