FINANCIAL LITERACY

Definitions:

i. Financial literacy has often been defined purely in terms of 'personal financial education'.

ii. The ability to use knowledge and skills to manage financial resources effectively for a lifetime of financial well-being.

iii. The possession of knowledge and understanding of financial matters.

4. Measurable and/or assessable - able to interpret ratios, figures and to understand IPOs, Profit and Loss account, Balance sheet, etc.

5. Competent and effective with digital technology. That is, person can communicate efficiently on electronic platforms and/or systems.

6. Possessed promptly or of a current basis, i.e., had on real time.

7. Realistic and relevant, can be usable in the operating market(s).

8. Serves purpose(s) or achieves objective(s), exactly as hoped for.
