| BRILLIANCE (3) Definition: Having a quality of being very intelligent or skillful. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eleven elements should be in. 1. Specific and identifiable. 2. Measurable and/or assessable smartness or artistry. 3. Quality is genuine and real, not dependent on luck, guesswork, an external or a third party, etc. 4. Deployed appropriately - lawfully, reasonably, positively, etc. - to help achieve desired objective(s). 5. Who has quality will quickly suspect, acknowledge or recognize a howler or an oversight, and speedily effect a correction (where possible), or admit same, without unnecessarily blaming somebody else. (To emphasize.) 6. Benefit, gain, advantage, etc. will be secured from the correct use of an ability or a skill that will be available from, or offered by, the quality. 7. Present or exist for all-time, whatever the mood, condition or state of the brilliant person. That is, quality will be consistent. 8. Person with acclaimed quality will always seek for answers and demand an explanation for the (an) unknown. That is, sharp mind will not claim to be the wisest or act as a know-it-all! 9. Quality will not ordinarily bring an unplanned loss to possessor of brainy mind and dexterous hands. 10. Cannot easily be criticized, condemned, defeated, outmatched, faulted, etc. And person with quality won't easily be made a fool of. 11.
