Quality that provides reasons will be specific and identifiable. 2. Basis of belief will be measurable and assessable (to emphasize). 3. Foundation upon which positively expectant prospects are based will be solid; reliable and dependable. 4. Footing for expectation will exist for a considerable period or for as long as the reality of an anticipation has not materialized. 5. Probability or possibility of a danger, disappointment, threat, risk, etc. will be non-existent in situation. 6. There will be no serious preparation in readiness to sustain a hope. That is, belief or assurance of likely goodness or anticipated victory will be almost guaranteed. 7. No limitation in time or space will exist in situation.
