Arraigning
ARRAIGNING

Definition: (law) The action of the verb arraign (calling an accused person before a criminal court to hear and answer the charge made against him or her).

2. Action is for the first time and a 'fresh' offence.

3. Accused is told beforehand of event to happen.

4. Rights or privileges due accused are given to him.

9. Action serves purpose(s) & achieves objective(s).

10. Accused is permitted to say a thing, if requested.

11. The process of law must be continued, therefrom.
