2. Voluntarily embarked on by the parties involved.

3. Purposeful and necessary in the opinions of arguers.

4. Period devoted to the 'talk', or 'noise', is considered Me time. That is, not considered a waste of time to argue for argument's sake. In other words, nothing lost therein or therefrom, and thereafter.

5. Newcomer entrant(s) into the 'fray' will not be allowed. That is, no third party is introduced into argument after it had started between the main protagonists or antagonists (to emphasize).

6. Arguments will be laid out and presented completely.

7. Situation or scenario painted cannot come alive.

8. Achieves objective(s) - reveals, confirms, etc.
