(SPECIALLY SELECTED) __________________ 5. Process or procedure is excellent. That is, the mixture or combination, duration or timings, etc., etc. are in order. (EXTRA-MATURED) 6. Environment is not damaged as a result of the activities. (ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY BREWERY/BREWER) __________________ 7. Output of processes turn out as exactly hoped for. That is, product (= beer) is as desired in respect of taste, etc. (RICH) 8. Packaging (= canning, bottling, etc.) is without errors. (SAFE, SECURED) __________________ 9. Final product has appropriate health warning, quaff-by dates, etc. on the label. (SATISFYING, SMOOTH) 10. Production serves purpose(s), particularly for the unrepentant drinker.
