| WAITING GAME (2) Definition: (usually - play a waiting game) To avoid action as far as possible in the hope of having an opportunity later to use one's energies with maximum effect (literally and figuratively). ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for who delays deliberately. 2. Certainty is present of opponent's involvement. That is, there will be an assurance that something will happen. 3. Nothing of importance being done while waiting is on. 4. Whoever is waiting is convinced that opportunity will be recognised or appreciated once or whenever it appears. 5. The wherewithal to act, is possessed, on getting a chance. 6. Adequate time and space will be available at this time to start and continue and end the 'playing' of the game. 7.
