INJUDICIOUSNESS (2)

Definition: The state or condition of being injudicious (not judicious: ill-judged: not according to law-forms).

1. Deliberately created to serve a purpose. That is, ignorance of the law cannot be claimed in the circumstance.

2. The wherewithal to be judicious is possessed, and time and space is not a limiting or restricting factor here.

3. Frame of mind, and state of health, would have been adjudged normal at the time that the mistake is being made.

4. Sanction or punishment, that is specified by law, will be meted to the party that does what does not conform.

5. Requirement to amend the law will not arise thereafter or herefrom. That is, no purpose will be served therein.
