| ALTERNATIVE SOCIETY Definition: (usually, the alternative society) A better, more humane, form of society as envisaged by those who refuse to follow the ways of society as it is today. ______________________________________________________________________ * All thirteen elements should and/or would be in. 1. Belief is that all five senses of who envisages are in excellent order. 2. Standards to be aimed for - the improvements - are specific and identifiable. 3. Enhancement - a betterment - to be achieved will be measurable and/or assessable. 4. Desire will be that the extant laws, rules, etc., are regularly reviewed. 5. Expectation will be that all members operate on a level-playing field. 6. Anticipation will be for all lower animals to have animal rights. 7. Projection will be for justice to be available for and applicable to all. 8. Assumption will be that religion will play no role in a group's relevance or progress. 9. Supposition will be that existing economic system does not create upper, middle and lower classes. 10. Presumption will be that all relationships can be negotiated to be transparent and unconditional. 11. Imagination will be for guaranteed protection and/or security for all and sundry. 12. Conviction present that refusal to conform will not result in losses that are unbearable. 13. Course of action or paths chosen by the non-conformist will evidently be supportive of society imagined. ____________________________________________ No 'residents' there. Keep hoping. WINSOME.
