| QUESTIONABLENESS Definition: (Shakespearean) Being questionable (that may be questioned: doubtful: uncertain: open to suspicion: possibly dishonest, improper, immoral, etc.). ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Basis would be a misunderstanding, confusion, etc. - not mischief. 2. Believed worthy to try to ask, inquire, discover, etc. 3. Authority that can make situation unquestionable not in existence. 4. Certainty exists that response or answer can be gotten. 5. Access to full freedom to examine, investigation, etc. is present. 6. Response or answer truly unsatisfactory (connect to #3). 7. Adequate time and/or space provided for what will need to be done. 8. Outcome (answer) or end result (fallout) not predicted. 9.
