Substantial gain or benefit, profit or advantage, etc., would naturally be expected end result of effort. 6. Likelihood of the arrangements being tampered with is absent. 7. Access to what is being preserved would be clearly restricted and/or limited to who has authority to control. 8. Usefulness afterward, or usability, can be guaranteed herein. 9.
