Budget or the proposal would be available for scrutiny and approval before arrival at wedding venue. And none of the guests previously contributed to the couple's training, education, etc. 4. Wedding expenses will be borne solely by couple-to-be. 5. Relevant laws and/or financial regulations aren't flouted herein. 6. Amount that will be contributed will be considered adequate enough to serve as seed capital or take-off grant.
