| NODDER Definition: A person who gives a quick forward motion of the head, especially in assent, salutation, or command. ______________________________________________________________________ * All five elements should be in. 1. Has a purpose for choosing method of communicating. 2. Did develop action from some habit. That is, ordinarily able to write assent, speak greeting, direct in sign language. 3.
