Hard case
HARD CASE

Definition: A person difficult to deal with or reform.

1. Has all the faculties intact - just not maximizing their use.

2. Control or legal authority over this person is not possessed.

3. Never realizes that temporary gain can end in permanent loss.

4. Needs nothing important from who wants to deal or reform him.

5. Accepts no sop or appeasement, won't join in prayer meetings.

6. Able to resist, repel, withstand any proposed deal or change.

7. Insists that he or she knows what is in their best interests.

8. Won't go away or leave on own accord; present here and now.

9. Cannot be gagged or silenced, not by the law or use of force.

10. Has no alter ego or bosom friend who can be used to get him.

11. Can be overcome, on applying extra efforts (connect to #12).

12. Admits being selfish (foolish) and greedy (stupid) afterwards.
