| HARD CASE Definition: A person difficult to deal with or reform. ______________________________________________________________________ * All twelve elements would be in. 1. Insists that he or she knows what is in their best interests. 8. Won't go away or leave on own accord; present here and now. 9. Cannot be gagged or silenced, not by the law or use of force. 10. Has no alter ego or bosom friend who can be used to get him. 11. Can be overcome, on applying extra efforts (connect to #12). 12.
