| DUTCH-BARGAIN (1) Definition: A one-sided bargain. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary, even if only for the advantaged party. 2. Silent or passive party is not enabled or allowed to bargain. 3. Ability to bargain can't be absent, just not possible to insist on making a compromise or agreeing on terms. 4. Duration that 'transaction' lasts will be thought very brief. That is, no time wasted in getting two to agree. 5. Complaints, etc. won't be had afterwards from disadvantaged party. 6.
