Believed purposeful and necessary to have person on own side. 2. Profession or calling isn't related to the law or law enforcement. 3. Readily or easily contacted or reached, when doing the deals. 4. Trusted - hopefully - not to double cross or betray the 'partner'. 5. Bears no identification - without indication as some 'middle man'. 6. Delivers, that is, will be able to perform known roles effectively. 7. Access to 'boss' will be direct, especially when doing the deals. 8.
