BREAKDOWN IN COMMUNICATION

Definition: The situation in which the parties or groups in a deal or transaction are not connecting during a discussion or negotiation.

4. The required attention (focus) or questioning (explanation), etc., as applicable, that would be needed concerning the topic, under the circumstances, was paid or made (Face-to-face chat).

5. Results inevitably, eventually in a huge loss. (By letter or print)

6. Connection can, with correction(s), be made later. (Through a call)
