Purpose and necessity are known, surely, by who will offer apology. 2. Admission of wrongdoing is made while tendering: 'It was my fault'. 3. Given or made at the right time, only in the beneficiary's opinion. 4. Done by you directly, genuinely; to offended party, from the heart. 5. Language used is polite or right, not subject to misinterpretation. 6. Explanation or conditionality not involved now, no buts and/or ifs. 7.
