Break-up (3)
BREAK-UP (3)

Definition: (verb) To come to an end (of a relationship).
______________________________________________________________________

* All six elements should be in.

1. No discernible reason. Couple just drifts apart.

2. Would be communicating, as they would still regard each other as friends.

3. Parties leave the relationship with 'nothing' not owned. Where it isn't so, the other partner is aware and not at all bothered by what was taken.

4. Says nothing to third parties in the aftermath of the split, because there is really nothing to say (no kiss-and-tell).

5. No outstanding and/or contentious claim of interest in, or joint ownership of, anything.

6. Both former 'lovers' accept that they could still be close friends again, in the future (and will work towards it if the circumstances are right, for instance, if their later relationships turn out not as good as what they previously had together).
