Explanation or rationalization given not an acceptable one. 5. Person who is stubborn or recalcitrant won't escape blame. 6. Reason or excuse for not cooperating can't be truly valid. 7. Sanction won't be suffered by person who doesn't cooperate. 8. Personal goal of the hard-hearted won't be affected therein. 9. Achieves objective(s), especially as hoped for, with no loss. 10.
