| MEANS TEST Definitions: i. An official check of somebody's wealth or income in order to decide if they are poor enough to receive money from the government, etc. for a particular purpose. ii. Examination thorough and complete. That is, all reports would be seen, all questions raised and answered, all clarifications sought and made, etc. 5. Results, i.e., findings & conclusions are made early and considered as comprehensive and conclusive for a better enhanced and/or reliable decision-making process. 6.
