Happens at the latest time possible, when efforts at correction and/or concealment would all have failed. 4. Apology, restitution, etc. thence fully accepted. 5. Some serious disadvantage, inconvenience, etc. such as the loss of respect or reputation would be suffered. 6. Regretted in the end by who acknowledges failing. 7. Hard or tough lessons learnt therein (wish an admission of incompetence or inefficiency didn't have to be made). ______________________________ * OCCURS ONLY WHEN CUP IS FULL... about to run over. * POLITICS NOT INVOLVED HEREIN... can sure repeat errors. * EXCLUDES SOME GUILT FEELINGS... even if on paper. _________________ I admit.
