| ABSCONDENCE Definition: An act of hiding, or of getting out of the way, especially to escape a legal process. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful for who hides or escapes. 2. Necessary to be hidden or run away. 3. Trace or hint of whereabouts unknown to pursuer or law enforcement. 4. Radar or jurisdiction does not extend to or cover the hiding place. 5. Officers of the law, fifth columnist, traitor, etc., not colluding. 6. Efforts at sustenance still ongoing. 7.
