| BREACH OF TRUST Definition: (informal) The situation in which someone in a position of authority disappoints the people who look up to them to show good conduct or set excellent examples. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Duty or responsibility of who breaches trust is defined, definite. 2. Strength of character of 'sinner' was assumed to be very strong. 3.
