| BREACH OF THE PEACE Definition: (law) Noisy or violent behaviour in a public place which is illegal because it disturbs other people. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Lawbreaking idiots have some purpose and consider act a necessity. 2. Serious dangers/risks will be present for the others disturbed. 3. A warning, some notice, an appeal, etc. to desist, will be ignored. 4. Some benefit or gain, etc. will be envisaged by troublemaker(s). 5. The person or persons who breach peace will eventually be arrested. 6. Arrest of offender(s) will be followed by diligent prosecution(s). 7. Some restoration will need to be made to what or where 'disturbed'. 8.
