Definition: [ ~ of something] An action that breaks an agreement to behave in a particular way.

1. Purposeful and necessary for who breached thing.

2. A justification exist or will be attempted for action. That is, a reason or reasons will be available.

3. Who breaks agreement does not have an unsavoury reputation - not expected to be committed by who breach rules and regulations.

4. Goal(s) or aim(s) of agreement will not be achievable in situation, whenever action takes place.

5. Benefit, gain, advantage, etc. envisaged by breaker will be obtained from action (= misdemeanour, offence, etc.).

6. Sanction, penalty, punishment, etc. will not be suffered as a result of action that is a form of bad behaviour.
