BREACH (1)

Definition: A failure to do something that must be done by law.

1. Purposeful and necessary (?), for who fails.

2. Deliberate. That is, requirement of the law is known by the person or party that fails to do deed.

3. No performance of task or function in part. That is, flouting of rule (= law) is complete, total; not a partial breach (to emphasize).

4. A penalty is prescribed in law and this is known by the party that fails to perform duty.

5. Law-breaker is known. That is, person/party is specific and identifiable.
