| BREACH (1) Definition: A failure to do something that must be done by law. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary (?), for who fails. 2. Deliberate. That is, requirement of the law is known by the person or party that fails to do deed. 3. No performance of task or function in part.
