Meets the customers expectations - good or bad, new or used, complete (whole) or incomplete (cannibalized), fresh or stale, etc. 4. Adequate in quantities - very available in right amounts. 5. Safe and secure, protected and controlled - wherever stored, however handled or managed, whenever accessed or presented for sale. 6.
