| SOUTHEAST (2) Definition: (usually - the Southeast) The southeastern part of a country. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. Not marginalized. That is, developing or being developed as other parts. 2. Not agitating to be allowed to be a free or an independent political entity. 3. Not too difficult to reach, or access, especially during a natural disaster. 4. Not disloyal to the whole, i.e. not sabotaging national efforts at maintaining law and order, joyful living together, peaceful coexistence. 5. Not restless or disorganized. That is, not a drain on the nation's resources. In other words, being well-governed and/or administered. 6. Not vulnerable to attack from a neighbouring country, if any. That is, secure and safe.
