Definition: (North American English) Philosophical skepticism.

1. Deemed purposeful and necessary to have philosophic doubt.

2. The information needed is possessed at the point in time.

3. Thorough consideration and ratiocination have been made.

4. Questioning, and co-operation, etc. with others happened.

5. Likelihood of considering new 'evidence' is nonexistent.

6. Aftermath can only be known at the conclusion of process.

7. Shining light, or saving grace, if any, is never obvious.

8. Possibility of changing mind, believing anew not present.
