Putative marriage
PUTATIVE MARRIAGE

Definition: A marriage supposed invalid by canon law, but entered into in good faith by at least one of the parties.

6. Secular laws will give full recognition to the union (to emphasize).

7. Living happily ever after, seeking no canonical blessing on death beds.
