Prejudgment
PREJUDGMENT

Definition: The act of judging or deciding before hearing the whole case: condemning without being heard.

* All six elements would be in.


1. Generally thought deliberate for, and by, who rushes to judgment.

2. Bias, parochialism, misgivings, etc. existed prior decision-making.

3. Facts or details needed, could have been obtained and/or secured.

4. Pleading to wait or be more patient cannot ever be heeded therein.

5. Outcome or judgment won't be same if both or all sides were heard, but this can only be known, after error is discovered.

6. Regret will follow the error of judgment, even if this will not be admitted by who didn't give another a chance to state own case.
