| BOTTLENECK (2) Definitions: i. Anything that delays development or progress, particularly in business or industry. ii. A situation that stops a process or activity from progressing. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Progress was desired at the particular point in time. 2. Thing or situation was not clearly foreseen or forecast. 3. Thing or situation will usually be generally intractable. 4. Considerable time or resources will be spent before and during delay, to try and see if there can be a short cut or quick fix. 5. The law cannot be used to remove obstacle and thing will be indestructible or impossible to get rid of. 6.
