Will be 'involved' one way or another with the task, endeavour, etc. 5. Must be accessible, 24/7. 6. Gets subordinate(s) to fully achieve goal(s). 7. Does whatever is necessary, to achieve the goal(s), not shying away from any sort of responsibility. (connect to #4 and #6) 8. Has airs, haughty ones, even if ... . 9. Decides everything. Or endorses anything decided by others (otherwise there will be a reversal). 10.
