| SAMPLER (4) Definition: Someone who tests quality by inspecting samples. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary, and appointed to do testing. 2. Knows what best practices and/with total quality control are. 3. Had previously had an experience with the things requiring testing. That is, knows what will be deemed good or bad from practical knowledge of use or application of the items brought or made available for inspection. 4. Given enough space and time and resources to be with or treat the things for testing. That is, has no need to hurry and will be cost-effective, whenever doing what is required to confirm genuineness, originality, etc. 5. Will be in the right frame of mind or most healthy thence. 6. Serves purpose(s), if reports are believed or worked with. 7. Won't damage or destroy any important object or item in the course of experimenting or conducting a 'trial and error'.
