Has an undeclared purpose and deems act a necessity. 2. Ensures that timing gives room for maximum effect. 3. Will be a participant in chaotic scene or will enthusiastically join melee. That is, attitude or behaviour during period won't give away involvement in creation of the situation. 4. Stays in a vantage position while situation lasts. 5. Loss, inconvenience, disadvantage, etc. resulting therein or therefrom will be considerable for the innocent people who will fall for the misinformation and/or shenanigans. 6.
