| FORGOTTEN TRIBE Definition: (informal) A group of people, inhabiting a particular place, who are apt to be forgotten, or not attended to, by the government of the day. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Have identifications, i.e., government is aware of their existence. 2. Wouldn't have committed any 'sin' - undeserving of being forgotten. 3. Shouts to high heavens, even as outcomes indicate no one listening. 4. Deemed far from a central authority or administrative headquarters. 5. Quality facilities or efficient infrastructures won't get to group. 6. Always and permanently at the wrong ends of policies, reforms, etc. 7.
