The act of wasting time. ii.(informal) The wrong application, or an underutilization, of a specific period in the desire to achieve a goal. ________________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements would be in. 1. The goal is important and cannot be abandoned. 2. Available moment to accomplish task is not limitless. 3. Doings or distraction cannot be connected to realizing goal. 4.
