Prejudgement
PREJUDGEMENT

Definition: A situation of passing judgement on before all the evidence is known, of forming a premature opinion.

1. Purposeful and necessary for who prejudges.

2. Assumption would be made that would turn out not exactly right.

3. Room to exhaust the opportunities is not provided for the 'guilty'.

4. Efforts to justify position cannot succeed.

5. Bias will not be recognized and/or admitted.

6. Aftermath or after-effect of conclusion would already be active.

7. Loss, disadvantage, etc. that would be suffered is borne solely.

8. No compensation or apology made afterwards.
