Maliciousness
MALICIOUSNESS

Definition: The quality of being malicious (bearing ill-will or spite: moved by hatred or ill-will: mischievous).

1. Would be argued as purposeful and necessary, whether the envy or jealousy which is responsible for condition is admitted or not.

2. Would-be victim won't be given a chance or breathing space such that evasive action can be taken to prevent encountering malice.

3. The capacity and ability to do good and right will not be under a threat from or by the target of scorn or hate or mischief-making.

4. Would not be really deserved by the subject that a malice is shown towards. That is, no contest between 'foes' to engender badness.

5. Willingness and readiness to repeat, sustain, defend, etc. all the bad and ugly action or activities, by the bad guy, will be in place.

6. Natural consequence, aftermath, end result, etc. will be a serious loss, hurt, discomfort, disadvantage, etc. for who gets bad treatment.
