| KAKITOCRACY Definition: Government by the worst. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eleven elements would be in. 1. Campaigned with a beautiful manifesto (with no intention - undeclared - of fulfilling one promise contained therein). 2. Got into power on a clean election. That is, there was no rigging and a manipulation before government was sworn in. 3. Separation of powers will be non-existent. And if seemingly in place, its principles will be observed only in the breach. 4. No clue on leading the people (only bogus plans and cheap claims). 5. No cooperation with good government or international organization. 6. No effective criminal justice system or observance of rule of law. 7. No structures in place to enhance good governance in all spheres. 8. No benefit accrues to the majority of the citizenry or population. 9. The people led are tolerant of nonsensical and rubbish, so-called service delivery. That is, no coup or revolution in the offing. 10. No succession planning moves being contemplated. That is, those in authority will have no wish or intention of relinquishing power. 11.
