Judicial combat
JUDICIAL COMBAT

Definition: Trial by battle.

* All six elements should be in.

* The 'out-of-court armament'.


1. Believed purposeful and necessary, especially by and for who draws first blood.

2. 'Trial' not guided by codes of practice. That is, no rules of engagement for the belligerent parties.

3. External forces or third parties won't be involved in fighting - meaning no 'friend of court' will be present.

4. 'Adjournment', that is a ceasefire, will not be a feature of the fight or battle being waged.

5. 'Judgment' can be delivered, only in favour of the stronger force, no matter the demerits of case.

6. Loss can be 'appealed' against, on further preparation for new confrontation, by defeated party.
