| IMPRACTICABILITY (2) Definition: The quality of being impracticable (not able to be done; not able to be used or traversed; unmanageable). ________________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Efforts made to have capability to do, move, etc. would not have been impeded, endeavour could not have been prevented. And the wherewithal supposed to be needed not lacked. 2. The law, a rule and regulation, etc. would not demand that thing be done or traversed or managed. That is, no compulsion or a use of force can apply therein or thereabouts. 3. Variables and components involved cannot be brought around or about, by others, to conform with requirements needed to have the situation become doable, manageable, etc. 4. Forces of nature or an act of God cannot lead to an action that will cause the accomplishment of what was thought hitherto undoable. 5. Qualification, eligibility, etc., (if applicable) aren't what can be obtained, and vulnerability, susceptibility to errors or mistakes remain high. 6.
