Recordings or details of deliberations or agreements never kept - pledges or promises can be denied or disclaimed later, giving rise to conspiracy theory, BLAME GAME, etc. as subjects in the public domain. 6. So-called 'SMART POLITICS' serves purpose(s) or will eventually achieve goal(s), especially for the master(s) of the deadly game of cloak-and-dagger, with disadvantaged learning hard lessons therefrom. _____________________ Up to something...Winners gain...The 'Kings' or 'Queens'.
